Diversity and inclusion are the cornerstones of DX FutureTech's mission to innovate and lead in the IT industry. With offices in Dubai and India and a global workforce catering to clients across the UK, UAE, Vietnam, and Singapore, we are committed to creating an environment where every individual feels valued, empowered, and equipped to succeed. With a vision to expand to the UK, Singapore, and the USA in the future, this report highlights our progress, initiatives, and unwavering commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). 


1. 2024 Achievements in DEI


1.1 Workforce Representation

  • Global Reach: Employees from multiple geographical areas/nationalities contribute to our diverse team.

  • Gender Diversity: Women comprise 33.3% of our workforce globally, with 25% representation in leadership roles.

  • Inclusivity in Hiring: Over 90% of our new hires came through online interviews, ensuring accessibility to talent across geographies.

1.2 Encouraging Career Development

  • Certification Support and Reimbursements: We encourage all employees at DX FutureTech to enhance their skills and earn certifications. To support this, we ensure 100% reimbursement for all Salesforce certifications undertaken by our employees.

1.3 Work-Life Balance Initiatives

  • Maternity and Paternity Leave: Comprehensive leave policies supported employees globally, helping them balance work and family responsibilities.

  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Hybrid and remote work options empower employees to create schedules that suit their needs.


2. Creating an Inclusive Culture

  • Celebrating Cultures: We organize potlucks, team activities, and cultural exchange events to promote understanding and appreciation of diverse traditions, festivals, and food habits among employees.

3.2 Salesforce World Tour Essentials

3.3 CSR Initiatives

  • Diwali Giveaway: As part of our commitment to giving back, we organized a CSR activity for our blue-collar workers, arranging a special Diwali giveaway to bring them a festive vibe while being away from home.
